SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

  • For international buyers, the shipping cost is NOT included in the product price.

  • Cancellation after payment has been made will result in 45% of the retail selling price of the item being Forfeited.

  • Item will only be shipped to the stated address indicated by the buyer under Shipping Address. If you have a change of address, update your account with us to your latest address details via email or via our website and inform us to avoid any wrong delivery of your address.

  • Framewars Studio does not cover conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship. E.g. Loss, Theft, Breakage due to inappropriate handling during shipping.

  • How do Shipping Rates work?

    • Shipping fees are based on actual product weights or dimensions. Dimensional weight reflects how much space a package takes in a truck or plane.

    • Counties are split into different categories set by shipping companies​

    • Smaller countries or countries deemed as high risk zone will have a higher shipping fee compared to other countries.

    • Shipping to the same country but different cities may also have different rates.

  • Estimated Shipping Rates based on a single parcel (1)

    • 0.1kg - 10kg > Est range $30 USD - $300USD​

    • 10.1kg - 20kg > Est range $300 USD - $450 USD

    • 20.1kg - 30kg > Est range $450 USD - $550 USD

    • 30kg & above > Est range $550 USD - $850 USD

  • Delivery Estimates

    • Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected. Each shipping method has a different date range.

    • The delivery estimate should only be used as a general guideline. There are many factors including customs clearance that can delay delivery. Shipments sent through a private carrier such as FedEx can have more reliable and consistent delivery times. Shipments that are sent through the Sea Freight can take considerably longer than the stated delivery times.

  • Custom Tax & VAT

    • Custom Tax & VAT are based on the individuals respective country and law. Framewars Studio will not be held liable for any custom tax or VAT charged to the customer upon receiving the parcel.​

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

  • Should the product in serious and/or major defect (after assembly), Framewars Studio will assist the buyer to negotiate with our manufacturer to replace the product. However, please take note that this is subjected to the acceptance and/or agreement of the manufacturer. Serious and/or major defects are as below:

    •  Obvious visible cracks

    • Chips (from a distance)

    •  Missing parts or pieces

  • We will pay for return shipping only when the return/exchange as a result of our error such as a serious defect, collectible damages, or an error in filling your order. If the purchase is being returned for any other reason than those previously stated, the buyer will be responsible for all shipping charges, including those to return the item(s) to us. Framewars Studio will refund the product price minus any applicable shipping/return shipping charges and non-refundable deposits. The final decision is made at the sole discretion of Framewars Studio

  • There is no returns policy. All products sold are strictly non-refundable or exchangeable for other products.

CUSTOMS CLEARANCE

  • International shipments may be subject to opening and inspection by Customs and/or postal authorities. Individual products and packaging may be opened and inspected. Items may be repacked without out the original care taken when your shipment left our warehouse. We have no control over this process and thus cannot be held responsible or guarantee the condition of any items on arrival. If you experienced a complication with your local Customs agency we recommend that you follow up with them directly.

  • If your shipment is not cleared by Customs and is disposed of for any reason (including failure to pay any duties, taxes or fees) we will not refund any product or shipping.
